FoundryWatch.com has been implemented to assist the concerned citizens of the Town of Easton with their effort to stop the Health, Safety, and Environmental Hazards created by Belcher Corporation’s foundry, located at 558 Foundry St. (Routes 106 and 123). The Belcher foundry has experienced explosions, fires, and excess air emissions and has a record of violations investigated by both the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection (Mass DEP) and the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA). The foundry’s operation creates air pollution that exposes all the residents of Easton to increased health risks.
